A deeply relaxing and stress-relieving sound bath using the healing powers of sound vibration. You will be bathed in sound from gongs, to Tibetan singing bowls, and more. Your central nervous system and brain will be calmed and rejuvenated by these healing sound frequencies.
Free parking available at venue. Doors open at 6.45pm
PLEASE NOTE: A Sound Bath is unsuitable for anyone with a pacemaker, a weak heart, epilepsy, metal or stents in the brain, on anti-psychotic medication, or in the first trimester of pregnancy.
