FitSteps with Suzanne is an upbeat dance fitness class featuring all your favourite Strictly dances. It is suitable for all abilities and you don’t need a partner. Alive & Well, Warrington
A class of two halves. For the first 30 minutes you will learn to dance steps from Salsa, Cha Cha and more. You will learn some fun routines to get you up and dancing in no time. The second 30 minutes will be spent doing Barre Pilates: a fantastic way to tone and strengthen your buttocks, legs and abdominals.
No experience of either activity is required.
You will have great fun, meet new people, and have a fabulous workout.
A 45 minute Pilates-based class focusing on improving physical and mental wellbeing from the male perspective. Including some work/support around prostate related issues.
Package includes:
A video library of Pilates classes; mini-Pilates classes if you are short on time or would like to put two or three mini-classes together and create your own workout; along with tips & technique tutorials so you can get the most from your classes.
A private profile page where you can choose to set goals, upload progression photos, and keep track of your progress. Great for keeping you motivated.
Optional food tracker where you can set and monitor your calorie consumption.
Optional fitness tracking – link your FitBit via Strava, My Zone etc and see if you are meeting your exercise targets.
