Thanks again for yet another fab Pilates class, I look forward to it every week, and it’s certainly helping my back/neck problems. Love how caring you are with your clients; the group feels like a little Pilates family. Thank you for all your hard work keeping our Pilates classes going during this difficult Covid times too, it is very much appreciated. You’re not only our teacher you’re our friend, please don’t ever give Pilates up, keep doing what you’re doing by keeping us motivated and safe during our lessons. Anon
I started the classes as a complete beginner during the first Covid lockdown and have really enjoyed them and have recommended them to several friends. I feel stronger and my lower back feels far less fragile. I can move my neck a lot better and my posture both for sitting and standing has improved. The main thing it has given me is a sense of progress in a difficult year! I think Suzanne is an excellent teacher and always encourages me as well as pushing me to improve. Nick J

Suzanne’s Pilates classes are great fun and very effective. After 6 months of doing Suzanne’s classes I feel fitter, leaner, stronger and more flexible. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Elaine G.
I cannot recommend Suzanne highly enough. I have been attending her Pilates classes for nine years, including group, double, individual, and now Zoom lessons. She is a perfectionist - very knowledgeable yet always looking to improve herself and extend her areas of expertise. Suzanne knows her clients extremely well and adapts lessons to suit everyone's needs, building confidence and knowing when encouragement is needed to take you out of your comfort zone. She is a brilliant, capable teacher, always striving to get the best out of you. Carol E
I started Pilates at the beginning of Lockdown, like everyone around the Country I was looking for new exercises to do to keep going. Suzanne is very good at what she does - her explanations and eye for detail makes sure that I am doing the exercises correctly. I have benefited from learning Pilates I feel more flexible and energised - thanks Suzanne for giving me a love for Pilates xx Sharon E.
It doesn’t matter how sluggish I’m feeling before a class with Suzanne, I’m invariably energised and ready to attack the day after it. Suzanne is a fantastic teacher – clear with her instructions, patient and fun. And wow, does she know her stuff! I feel I’m in the safest of hands. I can’t recommend her enough! Kate W.
I have attended Pilates classes with Suzanne for over 5 years now and couldn’t recommend her more highly. She is an expert teacher who is extremely knowledgeable and constantly seeks to develop her learning and practice. She manages very successfully to combine a friendly approach with great professionalism. Pilates sessions are always interesting and varied, with Suzanne seeking to ensure that the different abilities and constraints of her clients are catered for in a very sensitive and appropriate way. There are always options with each exercise if you wish to challenge yourself more or if you need to modify movements in line with your individual needs. Suzanne is passionate about her work and really cares for her clients. She is always positive and keen to help if you need advice on the kind of exercise to undertake outside of classes. She inspires confidence and I couldn’t wish for a better teacher. Chris A.
Having been to pilates classes other than Suzanne's, I realised what an excellent teacher Suzanne is. Able to guide me through the correct techniques, stretch myself to work harder (quite literally) while adding some fun to the classes. Ann E.
